ADWAS (abused Deaf women’s advocacy services) is proud to share PSA #3 from the
EDMP (engaging Deaf men project). The PSA was created with interviews from a few of the guys from the EDMP who are fathers themselves. The fathers consisted of
- Father to be
- Father with two young daughters
- Father with two teens
- Father with kids grown up
The purpose of the video was to highlight the importance in the role of men as fathers and aspiring allies to breaking the cycle of abuse in how we interact with those close to us in our lives and especially more so in how we connect with our children. Healthy Fathers result in Happy Children!
